Sri National Jewellers has a proud legacy of 30 years in the jewellery industry and is a “One Stop Shop” for all your jewellery needs. Based in Nellore, we offer exquisite and unique jewellery designs in silver and other precious and semi-precious gemstones.
We specialize in wedding jewellery for both brides and grooms and bring authentic traditional jewellery in pure 92.5 silver with 24kt gold polish, crafted exclusively in South Indian style.
Our strength lies in our craftsmanship, intricate detailing, and handmade jewellery. We also provide customized jewellery, understanding each customer’s taste and preference to deliver comfort and luxury through design.

3. Product Information

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen display settings, or manual measurements.
The purity of gold, silver, or other metals and the authenticity of gemstones are verified and hallmarked as per applicable standards (e.g., BIS Hallmark in India).
Customized or engraved jewellery is crafted based on individual specifications and is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
We accept payments through Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer, UPI, and Online Payment Gateway.
Orders are processed only after full payment or as per agreed terms (for wholesale/custom orders).
In the event of any pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order accordingly.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 7 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by courier or postal services.
The risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product is handed over to the shipping carrier or received by the customer, whichever is earlier.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for manufacturing defects or wrong deliveries, within 7 days of receipt.
Customized, engraved, or resized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated through the original payment method within 7 working days after product verification.
Products must be returned unused, with original packaging, invoice, and certifications intact.

7. Repairs and Resizing

We provide repair and resizing services for selected products.
Charges may apply depending on the nature of the service.
Customers must provide valid proof of purchase for any service request.

8. Certificates and Authenticity

All products are genuine and accompanied by certificates of authenticity (e.g., BIS, IGI, GIA, etc.) where applicable.
Any third-party appraisal or certification is not covered under our responsibility.

9. Liability

We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to jewellery after delivery.
We are not responsible for allergic reactions or damage caused by improper handling, cleaning, or storage.
We do not guarantee that our website or services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, content, and logos are the intellectual property of Sri National Jewellers.
No part of the website or product designs may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

11. Communication and Contact

By using our website or services, you consent to receive communications from us via SMS, email, phone calls, and RCS regarding your transactions or updates.
Customers must register valid phone numbers and email addresses to facilitate such communication.
We may also send newsletters, promotional offers, and service updates to provide you with better services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh.
